I waited a long time for my order. When I politely asked for an estimated wait time, the employee told me he didn't know and suggested that I cancel the order if I didn't want to wait. I found the interaction rude and unprofessional. After reading other reviews, I realized my experience appears to have been with the same employee (the employee another reviewer referred to as the 'teddy bear'). Unfortunately, I experienced the same rude and dismissive behavior.
