Two and a half hours for my order. Two hours after they delivered a messed up order and said they'd redeliver in 10-45 minutes. 45 minutes later, they said it had just come out of the oven and would be delivered in 20. 30 minutes later they said it was on the way. 10 minutes later, this mess was delivered.

I ordered a simple pizza on the app. I come into the store and say "hello." The person who was making a pizza at the time didnt even lift their head, or acknowledge that I was there, even though you can CLEARY see that I just walked through the door. I was sitting there for a good bit until I finally had to ask TWICE if someone else could help me, since I saw they were busy. That's not the issue here. I get that they were doing their job. I heard people in the background, so I'm like "ok, there's more people here. Obv. they can just hand me my ONE, alrdy made, pizza thats sitting RIGHT THERE!"

Papa John’s went down the drain. First you charge us for EACH TOPPING SEPARATELY, and then when I pick up my order , it looks like a cheese pizza when I ordered it with toppings and extra sauce and extra cheese. When I opened the box it’s barely any meat or veggies on it. When I order a pizza with only TWO TOPPINGS, I expect it to have those two toppings all over the pizza. My pizza looks like a cheese pizza with no toppings because they are being cheap and stingy with their portions. Do better papa John’s. You don’t even deserve to be called Papa. More like Cheap Stingy Uncle John’s. I want a
