This Panera is so hit or miss. You never know what type of quality or customer service you’ll get. Today both were lacking. I ordered the chicken chipotle avocado melt and the bread was burnt and there was hardly anything but chicken on the sandwich.

Never one to make reviews, but I’ve also never been given frozen food before… Ordered a Mac and Cheese through the drive through, got home 5 minutes later and it’s frozen cold. Whoever made it didn’t even try to heat it up that’s how cold it was. Kind of ridiculous… when there wasn’t even a crowd/busy night🙂

The staff are amazing, patient and polite, it is always clean, a very calm and relax atmosphere. The food is great, I got the Spicy chicken Fiesta sandwich with a cherry lime drink, since my birthday was yesterday I got a free pastry of my choice

Food tastes great, but Panera has the biggest discrepancy between the pictures of the food and what you actually receive. You enter your order yourself, and pick up your food at the window, so there isn't any service. Toilets are gross. It's good food, but you can get as good or better sandwiches elsewhere at the same price or better, and not feel like you are getting ripped off.
