Joe C★★★Char really tries to be a NY steakhouse but misses the mark. The service was very good, Vinchenzo was on top of things, but that was it. Steaks were fine, but for the prices the should have been better. Sides were fine, alcoholic drinks were fine. Nothing stood out as exceptional, just acceptable. Everything is à la carte, water is free. Soft drink refills, extra charge, bread, one roll that’s it. Went with the family on weekend, place was mostly empty. Was seated in the bar area with several usuals at the bar along with a few employees. Sports bar atmosphere which is fine if we wanted a loude

The steaks , mashed Potatoes , Mac and cheese , broccoli rabe, clams and oysters, and our tomahawk steaks was absolutely phenomenal. The dessert chocolate mouse cake was like biting into a delicious cloud . The brownie ice cream was nice and hot and the chill of ice cream with whipped cream and walnuts was absolutely Devine . Highly highly recommend this restaurant .

My mother uses a walker, and the staff immediately made us feel welcome and accommodated. We were initially seated at a booth, but it quickly became apparent that it would be difficult for my parents to sit comfortably.
