The employees were very attentive and professional and courteous. My bagels were sliced and packaged nicely. I will be coming back.

Jeive★Been coming here for 2 years. Today Pamela S. charged me $2.75 to swap my breakfast combo coffee to iced. The combo comes with hot coffee. She swapped it and never included the hot coffee either. I paid $2.75 for a cup of ice. Called it out. She explained it to another employee in Spanish, they doubled down, and kept the charge. No correction. That’s not an upcharge. That’s theft. Two years of business and this is how you treat a regular. Check your receipt before you leave.
