Jerry H★★★★★It would be easy to get distracted from the atmosphere and miss emphasizing the food. Yes, this place is so quirky, artful, and full of pop/toy history that it can be hard to focus on a conversation. But the food at PaperMoon Diner deserves is what elevates this place from an art museum of pop culture to one of the best diners on the East Coast. Every dish I’ve ever had has been wonderful, special highlights are the sausage gravy and brioche, pigs in a blanket, and the shrimp and grits. PaperMoon is a must stop for us any time we’re in Baltimore.
Steven Cruz★★★★★This spot is different as hell 😂 not your normal diner at all. The decor is straight up crazy — stuff everywhere you look, hanging from the ceiling, walls packed out… you just gotta see it for yourself. Food was solid. I got the blue cheese bacon Angus burger medium rare with fries — juicy, cooked right, good flavor. Not even gonna lie I started eating it before I took a pic 😂. The BBQ wrap was good too, and the peanut butter milkshake was fire — thick and actually tastes like peanut butter. Service was on point. Server stayed on top of everything and got everything right, no issues. Over
Tara T.★★★★★This place is so cool and funky! It’s so unique and so much to look at! Speedy and friendly service here! I wanted to tried something different, so I got the Espresso BBQ Tofu Wrap. Delicious but a little small. Need to add a side next time. My husband got the Crab Melt, which he enjoyed.
Louie Huang★★★★★The decor is worth the visit. The people who designed this place really went all out with the decoration and pop culture easter eggs as a labor of love. The food almost feels peripheral but it isn't bad. I had a crab omelette and it was decent. I recommend mixing the crab which is sitting underneath with the egg since the egg is plain and the crab is salty. Not a fan of the potatoes.
