Stopped by Pho 999 out of the blue and honestly got blown away. They’ve updated their menu and added some really creative dishes that you normally wouldn’t expect from a Vietnamese restaurant. I tried their take on Lomo Saltado — a Peruvian classic with an Asian twist — and it was incredible. The craziest part? First time here today, and I’ll definitely be coming back! The prices are affordable and they give a generous amount of meat compared to other pho places ive been to. If you ever come try their rib bone pho OMG!! The broth was really good and the meat was incredibly tender. The staff was also friendly and helpful!
