On Friday, 6/12/26, around 6:00am, I went to this McDonald's. I was respectful. The lady told me to pull up after I placed my order. When I did, no one was there, so I thought I should move forward. A younger employee told me my payment was at the next window, as if I should reverse my car. I explained that no one was at the window when I stopped. She rolled her eyes. I ignored her, but then she yanked my card from my hand and rolled her eyes again. Explained to the manager, who later was laughing as if I didn't see her. I placed a mobile order using 6,000 reward points for a Large Caramel Frappe last week on 5/4. I go inside to pick it up and the employee (estephany) notifies me that their machine isn’t working. I asked her if she can cancel my order so I can get my 6,000 points back because a refund for the price of the frap doesn’t equate the price of the 6,000 points I earned and redeemed. Without even listening or communicating with me, she proceeds to refunding me $5. I once again told her I wanted her to cancel the order not refund me because I used 6K points that doesn’t equate to $5, or I can pick it

Their drive thru is the worst. Apparently the order was confused on their end. Which the order was read back to us so we had some idea we ordered the right stuff. We end up with no fries. Go back around they never actually charged us. But then they proceeded to make it seem like we were trying to lie and pull one over on them. It’s a medium fry. Save the attitude and just offer me the ability to purchase said fries. But nope just stood and stared at me.

Came here for a quick breakfast at 6 am and the customer service was horrible. At first she wasn’t able to understand we had a code, and asked us to just ring it up at the cash register, cool no big deal. What was not cool is her tossing our order and when my husband asked for ketchup she completely ignored us. We waited a few seconds and still nothing, as we drove off she legit stared at us we the dirtiest attitude!
