I was helped by Michael and my service was horrible. Not only was I missing half of my food but once I went back for it they didn’t want to replace everything missing and had a bad attitude about it. I asked for a manager who’s Elizabeth they said she’s off. She will not be returning for night and was unreachable until next day. If I could give 0 stars I would. Even after getting what they wanted to give me back plus eye rolls and head shakes and another long wait my order it wasnt fresh. I like the food at Carl's Jr. This location on Foothill is very clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a very large seating area with many tables and chairs for guests. It's unusually spacious for a fast food establishment.

Stopped in for lunch after physical therapy. Plenty of seating and everything looked as if had just been cleaned. Order our lunch and it was ready quickly. They have counter seating where you can plug in your laptop or phone and use while you eat. Staff was very friendly.
