I know, I know, fast food is basically a culinary sin, but my friend and I decided to indulge anyway. We hit up Del Taco, and let me tell you, it was a real treat - said no one ever. Their ice machine was on the fritz, so we got a few sad ice cubes in our drinks, and do not even get me started on the flimsy cups. Refused to refund me. I ordered online 20$ worth of food and they refused to refund it because I ordered from the wrong del taco. Excuse me, but the closest del taco is less than a mile away. Idk why they'd route me to your del taco which was 8 miles away from my house. The owner knows how to reply to everyone's orders. Where's my food? Refuses to refund my Uber eats order because they already cooked it. What's funny is that I live .25 miles from the other del taco and it automatically made the default this del taco that's 20+ minutes away from my house. That's 10 miles to this one and back. Im so mad I'll never be eating del taco or Uber eats again. Ruined my night, my week even. Get it together, FIX YOUR ZONES.
