We decided to check out Maiz since it's relatively new to the area, and we're so glad we did. We came in on a Sunday morning and were seated immediately with plenty of tables available. We ordered the chilaquiles with ribeye steak, the French toast combo, and the pancake combo for my girls to share. Everything was cooked to order and tasted incredibly fresh. The ribeye on the chilaquiles was generous, juicy, and full of flavor — definitely a standout. When we were seated the waitress didnt ask if we wanted anything to drink. She did gives the menu. Later she came over took our order and we asked for coffee. I ordered the chilaquiles with chorizo. Very generous portions for sure. They chilaquiles were OK nothing special not spicy at all. Chorizo was very good. Coffee was ok. The waitress was very nice and friendly but we asked for things and she never brought them. But the amount of food for the price is very good
