Horrible service in the early morning. It’s obvious they don’t like repeat and regular paying customers. We have given this place many chances but as of today we won’t be back. When I arrived to pick up my order my hot coffee hot was filled to the rim, dripping out. I had to ask for some to be poured out. (I should have took a pick) then when I got home this was our food…(see pictures)

I appreciate that Starbucks has low carb options, even if limited. None of the other coffee shops do. Food and drinks are good. People are warm and welcoming. I usually use the drive thru, but I live close enough to walk here and do with my husband to have coffee with him on our days off. Only trouble is they removed most of the chairs at the individual tables so even though there is room to sit, you're mostly standing near the tables. They have some outdoor seating. The music is often way too loud to ha e coffee with a friend here. But, I do want to say that they messed up one of my orders

Terrible and rude service drive through is has some rude service people sorry but you need to change that girl st the window. Visited at 6/6 around 430pm and dropped over $30 just to be treated like they are doing me favor.... never again.

Different quality depending on the time of day and Fast service almost always. I tend to order hot matcha and sometimes it feels so light that I have to open and check. This time, no surprise, it wasn’t full. The barista asked if I wanted another. I said no, just top it off. So she did. But then gave me a very cold matcha. I had an appointment to get to that I opted not to go in and have them feel the cold cup and see no steam. Other times, matcha is perfect. So it must depend on the barista making it.
