rachel guo★Very disappointing experience. I placed an online pickup order, and the website showed that my order would be ready at 10:41 AM. I arrived at 10:43 AM, but the manager was just sitting there doing paperwork and immediately gave us an attitude. He told us they don’t open until 11:00 AM and acted like it was our problem, even though the website allowed us to place the order for a 10:41 pickup. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, he basically said, “Do you want it or not?” and made it seem like he was ready to cancel the order.
