Visited a 24-hour location that claims to serve burgers in the morning, but they do not. The cashier was hard to understand, which made ordering more difficult. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, a pancake platter, and large hash browns. Unfortunately, my daughter’s pancakes had visible mold. Check your food before you leave! We received no receipt, not sure why. The store floor was sticky and noticeably dirty, which added to an overall unpleasant experience. Would not return to this location.

I was so disappointed today, I got here at 4:37pm, service was supper slow, fries were super salty I couldn't eat it, my burger was ok but we waited a long time. I understand it's the time most people gets off work and want to eat something fast however as I was waiting for my food there were people also in line waiting for someone to take their orders. I love burger King specially the fries. I hope they get better organized. I'll try another time. ☹️

Went during a slow time, ordered a simple online order ahead of time. Got old bits obviously sitting out for a very long time. That would have been fine, had it not taken almost 30 minutes between waiting to say my name in the intercom, and then get to the window for my order. Never again....how can you be this bad at fast food?!

I was waiting in the drive-through for about 20 minutes, and I was very disappointed with the customer service. The employee working the drive-through did not greet me or communicate much, and when I asked for a drink carrier, I had to ask multiple times before I received one. Overall, the experience was frustrating, especially after the long wait and missing items from my order. When I called the store to explain that I did not receive everything I ordered, I was told that I was wrong, even though I know the items were missing. I was then told I could write my name down to get a meal another
