We've come here a handful of times and its been pretty good.. but tonight, was awful. My husband and I came with our 4 children. We arrived at 8:27pm waited for awhile to be seated, nobody greeted us or acknowledged we even walked in. Anyways, we finally got greeted and seated... gave our drink orders and was brought our drinks with one messed up, fine, we asked for what we originally asked for and it took over 10 minutes for the waitress to bring the correct mt dew to the table. This Applebee’s feels like the place to be. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes sure your visit is enjoyable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring about your experience. The drinks are consistently spot-on, whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail, a cold beer, or one of their creative specialties. We went after a terrible dinner last night at a certain steak house. We are here while my husband works in this area. I ordered fish-n-chips and it was Perfect! Delicious, delicate breading & flaky fish cooked to perfection. My husband had the Bourbon Street chicken with shrimp w loaded mashed potato’s to say it was good is an understatement. Those onions were phenomenal. The chicken- which I NEVER ORDER OUT - was unbelievably good. I had a blue LLIce tea and it was 1/2 $) for happy hour. We left FULLER & happier from Here @ 1/3 the $$ we spent at the steakhouse. We will be back. Also , Kayla
