Made a simple call to ask a question about the food/recommendations, and the worker hung up, not sure if it was because I sounded younger then I am, but I found it extremely rude because it was just a question. Overall horrible customer service. Workers should work diligently and patiently as they are working and should remain professional.

McDonald's as a corporation does not take customer service seriously when taking orders. I do not use order screens, and prefer an employee take my order. McDonald's has recently cut down on customer service and cost by taking away most registers but one. This is not the fault of the employees, but downgrading your customer service while raising prices seems like the customer loses out twice. I waited almost 9 minutes near the register for someone to take my order, and it was very frustrating to the fact that I will no longer be purchasing food from any McDonald's in the future. About half the time I eat here, there are no issues and sometimes they have excellent service and food. But I have had many bad experiences with this location as well. I recommend using the other Richland locations on Wellsian or Dupertail. -Burgers smashed or in pieces inside the wrapper. -Burgers missing multiple items -French Fry containers no where near full -Drive thru speakers left unattended for several minutes on several occasions -Takes about 10 minutes to get through the drive thru anytime around noon -Cold patties on burgers
