I had Miss Tamale for the first time as a delivery order, so I can't speak to the ambience...yet. I'll definitely be coming in! I got a chicken taco, pork tamale, rajas tamale, and horchata. The chicken taco was good, pretty basic seasoning but a *lot* more meat than I expected. Very fresh and arrived still warm. The tamales were outstanding -- the masa was the perfect texture, and it was the ideal balance of masa to filling, and they were larger than expected. I Just got home from a business trip to the Tri Cities. I could not stop thinking of this awesome chorizo breakfast burrito from Miss Tamale in West Richland. The chorizo is made in house and is heftily portioned along with crispy hash browns, scrambled eggs, melty colby jack cheeese, crema, all crammed in a giant fresh flour tortilla. The Chorizo was made spicy and greasy the way God intended. Every bite was a thrill when paired with their house made fresh hot sauces.
