We’ve only tried their coffee when we visited the cafe. But it was great! ☺️ the staffs are all smiley and we just felt positive vibes. My friend ordered a cappucino but she meant to drink something cold to be refreshed but forgot that it was a hot drink. When we approached staff about the issue, they offered another drink to my friend for free! Really just great service!! 💯🥰 and the bean card! 1 bean for every drink and on your 10th, you can get a free drink of your choice 🙌🏼 how cool is that? Where else could you get that offer? 😋

Totally okay and lucky for you there are no cats downstairs in the cafe so you can just sit, enjoy your matcha, and take in the amazing vibes. And for my vegan matcha babes…when I tell you the vegan matcha cloud altered my brain chemistry, I mean it. I would quite literally trade my soul for that drink. The strawberry pie matcha? Equally unforgettable. I fear I’ll be thinking about both for the rest of my life 🤍 They use Xolo Matcha (which explains a LOT) and every single person there was so kind and welcoming. Places like this remind me that matcha is so much more than a drink. You can tell everyone involved cares deeply about the cats and kittens, plus having adoptable cats is SUCH a great idea!! The decor is so cute and the whole place is clean and orderly too!! I had the pleasure of visiting here today and absolutely loved the experience from start to finish. It was such a cool, laid back atmosphere and everyone was very welcoming and so nice. The cappuccino was DELICIOUS. I booked a session in the cat lounge and got to hang out with all of the adorable kitties (all of whom are up for adoption). I’ve always wanted to visit a cat cafe and I’m so happy that we now have one right here in Richmond. I can’t wait to come back!
