Absolutely disgusting customer service. This is by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering through Uber Eats. I ordered two dozen donuts, and the driver called to tell me the store only had 18 donuts. I told them I was completely fine receiving the 18 instead of canceling the order because I didn't want my money to go to waste. Instead, the restaurant refused to send the order, refused to cancel it, and left me to deal with the mess myself. The employee's attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They wouldn't even speak with me to try to resolve the issue.

Bunch of lazy employees that don’t even listen to your order, order loaded hashbrowns, hot regular hashbrowns, asked for loaded cause that’s what I ordered got charged again, got my order there is not 1 bit of chipotle sauce in it. Avoid this Dunkin there’s much better ones

The customer service wasn’t good. They only talk to each other and then they kept giving attitude to me. The manager wasn’t good enough either because he kept giving me side an attitude whenever I was talking to my sister I’m not satisfied with communication and the attitude they give towards customers.
