Our family has been to Weck's several times. Sometimes we were happy with our meal and sometimes we we're not so pleased. I went to the location in Rio Rancho today with my friend for breakfast. I was so pleased! I was more than just pleased because everything that we got was delicious. I got the two egg breakfast. I ordered poached eggs and they were cooked perfectly. They did have a tiny bit of water in their little bowl. I just dried them out with a paper towel. They were cooked perfectly and so were the hash browns. Family of 5 went there on Memorial Day, was a little busy but got seated within 10 minutes. Our server Nova was very nice, prompt, and helpful. We ordered 2 breakfast enchiladas, 2 chicken fried steak and a taco salad. The food was delicious, the chile just the right amount of heat, and the overall experience was great. Definitely will come back.
