We had a great experience at Penny’s Oak Park. I ordered their version of pho with beef, and it was really good. For my daughter, I got the fried rice and egg noodles from the kids menu, and those were okay. What really stood out was the service. Our waitress was super friendly, attentive, and especially good with my daughter, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, the space was clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. I’d definitely come back.

I met the owner he was very personable and professional. I got my food delivered and I might add it was just as good as if I was Dining in. I got pineapple fried rice cooked with ingredients just like I like it and it was delicious. I also got Tom Kha soup and crab Rangoon’s they were good as well.
