why have me wait 5 minutes for the wrong order? gave me a cheap chicken patty instead of the deluxe breast it’s supposed to come with. mind you the price difference is like 5$ that’s unacceptable and just lazy on the staff for even making that error. worst part is i cant even refund my order since i have to work in a few minutes.

After 11pm you can expect to wait for a mobile order anywhere from 20-45 minutes on average there is a clear difference in performance between day shift and overnight shift so much that I am willing to drive the extra 10 minutes to save myself from sitting on what is literally on average 20-30 minutes minimum. Mind you I had time to sit here write a review take pictures and still have yet to move please do better

This is their idea of a Big Mac….as small as a slider and paper thin patties. Go to Carls Jr instead and get an actual real burger.

Used to be a great location. But starting in 2026 their internet/point of sale system can't keep up with orders resulting in delays and double payment. This issue won't fix itself.
