Quality of the food hasn’t been our problem. It’s unfortunately the quality of service. They just take so long here. I don’t know what it is. But when I watch through the drive thru window they just seem so lax and slow about what they’re doing. I made a comment to my daughter today as we were driving by about how long our last order took. And she told me this location went into their “no-go” list because she also went here the other day and it took 40 minutes through the drive-thru. Sorry Einstein, but onto our no-go list. Helpful nuggets for the customer: order at the counter. It's not clear when you walk in, but that's where you order. If you wait behind the bagel area, you'll be passed in line by others. If you don't want cream cheese automatically added to your order, make sure you specifically ask the cashier if they added it to our order and get a paper receipt. They auto added it to our order after we said we didn't want it. We arrived just after 7am and their bagel supply was already mostly cleaned out. This is one hour after opening. So get here early, or maybe try a different bagel shop because it's

I walked into the store looking through my app to see if I had any rewards I could use. I stood there for 3-5 minutes without any of the 3 employees greeting me despite making eye contact with 2 of them. I then looked up another location 7 minutes away and went there for service. They did a much better job.

Went for bagels as we love Einstein’s but came home with one of our breakfast bagel sandwiches missing and another that we ordered with 2 eggs only having one. We paid for all of it and the guy said he couldn’t give a receipt. We won’t be going to this location again.
