15 Feb 2026 To get away from the freezing temps and snow we popped into Mercury to warm ourselves up. The lovely Sage was at the till. She made us feel very welcome with her wonderful smile and chirpy banter. We ordered the Golden Hour and Breakfast in Vermont. Both were absolutely delicious! But what made our experience truly memorable was Sage! Thank you. Original Review: The cafe was buzzing as the South Wedge Festival was in full flow. The queue was out of the door and down the street! I ordered a Hot Chai Latte but was served an Iced Chai Latte instead. Apparently that’s what was written on the receipt. The barista was lovely and immediately made me a hot Chai Latte which was absolutely delicious. The cafe is decorated beautifully and the staff are lovely. I will have to go back when it’s less busy so I can try the other drinks they have to offer.

I go at least once a week, but any time something goes even slightly wrong in my day my first stop is Mercury. I recently hosted a baby shower at a private residence. I reached out to the team at Mercury Coffee (kind of last minute) to see if they could assist with my beverage service. I worked with Izzy to determine an option that worked best financially and logistically for the size event I was hosting and I could not be more grateful for her assistance. We ended up ordering 30 pre-bottled iced lattes with various flavor and milk options -- Mercury provided us with all of the disposables necessary to serve the lattes and a cooler with ice for storage. When I tell you that our guests RAVED about the lattes - they RAVED. I'm still getting messages talking about them and asking where they were from. My personal favorite was the oat milk blueberry maple...it's a beverage you dream about. THANK YOU Izzy for providing such an incredible service and for being so helpful along the way. I cannot wait to use Mercury again!

The shop itself is literally so cute and Kyle and his team are so thoughtful and nice! The coffee is to die for. I recently also booked their mobile espresso cart for a work event and The staff was amazing. They were so fun had so much positive energy!
