Had an amazing experience at Public Provisions! I ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits with a mimosa, and everything was incredible. I almost never finish all of my food, but I completely cleaned my plate. Liza was amazing and super knowledgeable, friendly, and even let us try drinks we were curious about, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. Made a visit Friday morning and were the first ones in there. There’s no table service so you have to keep going up to order and ask for things. They only have one menu that everyone was fighting for. The guy working there is very polite and listened to our mimosa requests (a hint of juice in each). Those were the best things. I came with a family member and she ordered a cappuccino and something the worker suggested which looked like a breakfast plate of some sort. I recently visited Public Provisions at the Rochester Farmers Market on a Tuesday, and I must say, my experience was wonderful. Their cup of coffee was absolutely perfect—rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed to start my morning at the market. One thing that really stands out about Public Provisions is their commitment to being an LGBTQ+ friendly space, which creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Plus, there’s a fantastic bread shop in the back of the store, so be sure to check it out when you visit! I highly recommend stopping by for great coffee and even better vibes.
