This place is pathetic!. I bought a guacamole chicken burrito and am completely disappointed. It cost $11.30 and was the size of a taco bell value menu burrito. The food tasted old and stale. Never going back there.

I had not been to El Pollo Loco in a long time so I decided to stop. I had. Salas and it was very good. I also brought chicken as a family meal and the chicken was salty. The sides tasted very generic. The service was great. Order was correct.

Never disappointed with El pollo loco's Food. I enjoy the salads very much as well as their original pollo bowl, the service has quick and easy locations in Roseville and Citrus Heights or clean bathrooms are clean. I love using my app turn my points but love that the app also alerts for those special deals! If I'm tempted buying the fast food craving, I usually will just drive to an El Pollo loco and crush it there. The original pollo bowl is my favorite and it's easy on the wallet Very affordable!

Place was nice and clean. Service was friendly. Unfortunately Pollo Loco seems to have cornered the market on the tiniest chickens in America. An 8 piece leg and thigh looked more like a 8 piece hot wings meal. Flavor of the chicken and sides are good but the amount was not satisfying for the price.
