BUT we did tell them it was our 1st visit and nobody told us about special orders like a "protein" burger without a bun or "animal fries" which are apparently delicious (we dont know, we were told by a friend later). It would be helpful for 1st timers to know those things. It was great though

The burger patty is delicious, the bun is smooth and satisfying, and the sauce, love it! The fries are heavenly and root beer is well made and refreshing. I am the opposite of disappointed and do plan to visit more often.
Rowan Benson★Absolutely unbelievable experience tonight at in and out. Completely undercooked burgers, one of which practically raw. Had issues at this location prior and been given the gift cards from customer care, however I didn’t want that this time, I wanted a refund because I simply did not eat my meal and to be frank don’t really wanna eat at In-and-Out ever again, just to be told I could only get the refund if I went back same night. I wasn’t offering to go in a week, I offered to go tomorrow simply because I didn’t wanna take a 30 minute drive at 10:30 at night to get $24 back. So low and behold I
