I usually visit this location and have never had an issue, but today my experience was disappointing. When I entered, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged, while the customer behind me was welcomed immediately. I felt uncomfortable and chose not to place an order. I hope this is addressed, as consistent and respectful service matters.
