I have gone to flippy's for over 15 years and have never had an issue...until today. Their food is decent but not great. My husband tried to call in an order and was told on the phone," we are busy so it will take a while" which would have been fine and understandable. But then after ordering a turkey club (which takes all of 2 minutes to put together since they use deli turkey meat) he was told, "we are to busy you should just try some place else". For a small business you would think they would have better customer service for all customers but especially customers that have supported them f

We’ve gone to Flippys 4 times. We walked inside and were not greeted at the door, the owner looked away from us despite us saying hello. We picked a table and waited for 20 minutes and nobody came to take our order and the servers refused to look in our direction. We left and, again, were met with silence. Not even acknowledging potential customers sets a negative precedent. We won’t be back.

Intentionally neglected. Our waiter skipped over us serval times to clean tables and helped 2 other customers who never had to wait. Mind you, the place is not busy. Waited 45 mins and our waiter only acknowledged us twice and that was for drinks before we sat down. It's sad that, that happened. We explained our frustrations with another waiter and she over heard the conversation and nothing. No sorry, no acknowledgement. It was purposely done.

My Husband and I, we’ve been going to Flippy’s for over 10 Years now. We love this restaurant, the owners and staff are kind. we go here for the breakfast but would like to try other food on the menu as well. We always leave full and happy. Love the ☕️ As well. 😃
