OVERPRICED with RUDE customer service and employees. NOT WORTH IT. GO to CULVERS, PORTILLO'S or CHIK FILA where the customer service is EFFICIENT and Employees have HOME TRAINING and ARE PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. The price point isn't that much of a difference. The food tastes like food, not artifical laboratory concoctions made to look like it. I don't eat BK, my little one likes their frozen coke and mozzarella sticks. I go here for convenience only not bc they are good‼️ I'll find another place to get those things.

I placed an order online. When I got there, the food wasn't ready and I was instructed to pull ahead and park and guy said 4 min wait. After 10 minutes, no one has brought the food to my car and I couldn't leave the child alone in the car either...so any minute now, someone will come out with my food [burger, small fry]...no!! That didn't happen! After 15 minutes, I was livid!!! All the 6 cars that were behind me, got serviced, but no one came out with my food. I pulled into the drive-up window again and that's when I eventually got my order. I'm also attaching a Pic of other people who walk

Just left here. Ordered two burgers, a sad of fries and a side of jalapeno cheese bites. I received one less Burger than I was supposed to receive upon arriving home and I noticed they didn't give me a receipt either. So I couldn't file a complaint because I tried to file it online and I needed the receipt which I didn't have. So now I'm out like $8 and I'm poor as hell. So this is ridiculous I can't even get my money back.

I came for a quick bite. I was starved from shopping for clothes for a new job. Anyway, for some reason, I had a hard time hearing the drive thru cashier. He repeated my options too many times that I lost count! He was patient and kind to me and didn't get an attitude. I love this location. I usually come on lunch time from St Francis. I will return again and again.
