I got the vegetable melody hibachi with Tofu added. It would be great to have tofu hibachi as a menu option, as my request to add tofu to the veggie hibachi surprised my waitress. It comes with chicken soup and ginger salad appetizers. The ginger salad is your usual refreshing iceberg lettuce mix with their house ginger dressing- i love how saucy it was. I ended up eating my salad with a spoon by the end to enjoy that extra dressing. YES, im a sauce freak. Their sauce was sweet and thin, very light on the ginger, more carrot and oil. The soup was nice and hot, but flavor wise was pretty bland.

Stopped by after my tournament. Had I had no regrets. We ordered the Fried Calamari, Volcano Sushi Roll, Spicy Basil Noodle. The Fried calamari was 10/10 absolutely delicious. Volcano Sushi rolls 9/10 I wish the portion was more cause it was delicious, and I wish it was less saucy though. The spicy basil noodles was 8/10, the chicken was very bland which kinda ruined the delicious noodles if it was marinated it would have helped greatly, the side sauce helps greatly too. Customer service was excellent. The restaurant was pretty clean. My overall experience was 9/10 I will be coming back. I rec

Came here on Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend. Excellent food and fast service along with this absolutely beautiful presentation of the manhattan roll that I had to share online. Hibachi was good along with the soup and salad and overall had a great dinner here for our date.

Rate on all is a zero star. I recently visited Bluefin and placed a hibachi order totaling $51. I asked for extra yum yum sauce and was told there would be an additional charge of $0.61 per sauce. I questioned the cashier, explaining that after spending over $50 on my order, I was surprised I would be charged extra for a small amount of sauce. She explained that it was due to the owner’s policy, so I asked if I could speak with him. When the owner came over, the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. His response was that they have to charge because they “spend more on the sauce
