Restaurant was very unclean. Place was dead. Employees in back on their cell phones. Air conditioner barely working. No towels in the mens bathroom. We had to clean our own table to eat. The touchscreen that they force you to use was nasty. Then it asked if we wanted to leave a tip. LOL! And did I mention it was dead with employees standing around and walking past the mess? Such a shame, cause the food was great! The cook was the only one working. I left 1 star because it was like this last week when I came in. Management better get on it before its too late. 6/30/26 at 7:30pm.

Mediocre at best. The dining area had not been attended in some time. We had to clean our own table before we sat down. The floor had debris from previous diners on it. The cups for the ketchup dispenser were out on one side and so low on the other that I had to reach down in the dispenser to get one. The burgers were good except the buns were slightly stale. Milkshake was good and definitely the highlight of the whole visit. I don't plan on returning here as the value for the price paid was not good.

The lobby was very dirty, we were going to sit in but I could not due to the filth on the floors. The drink machine had not been properly cleaned, the ice from the machine was dirty, I was not going to get a drink from it.

The lady at the window was very rude when I asked for napkins and plastic ware. She did not ring up my order right and I still had to go inside and pickup condiments after I’ve asked now 3 times nicely. The place is absolutely nasty as crap inside. The people are all rude. NEVER go here unless you want to be treated like the crap on there floors. Management was nowhere to be found and wasn’t available is what the lady told me.
