Ordered croissant breakfast sandwich only egg and cheese. I reiterated three times only egg and cheese. The drive-through person said yes it’s correct. But what did I get sausage and egg only. I paid $21 for my breakfast and didn’t even receive a receipt for what I Paid for. Very disappointed.

Guess their employees can only read 3 out of 4 instructions. Still had mustard on both burgers. Didn't add anything to the burgers. Should actually be easier if I'm asking for 4 items to be removed and it's listed on their screens from Uber Eats but I know better then ordering fast food at 3am so this is also kinda on me.

I go here instead of the one closer to my house in Rohnert Park because the customer service is better in Santa Rosa. The night drive through person at Rohnert Park often gets my order wrong and his personality needs help. Santa Rosa is more courteous.

I was in the drive thru for 20 MINUTES! I was understanding at the beginning because I understand it was a Friday night and drive thrus can be busy. BUT when I got to the window, all the employees were messing around. The floor was disgusting and the milk shake machine was disgusting. You could tell they drop things and pick them up right away and probably put it into your food bag. The place is not clean at all. McDonald’s and KFC are cleaner than this. Yes it’s fast food and what do you expect, but it’s disgusting in the restaurant. Not clean at all.
