It has been three months, and public restroom access is still unavailable? As a valued customer, I find it difficult to believe that a restroom could be out of order for such an extended period.

I remember when Shipleys used to be my go to. Over $3 for the regular kolaches without any improvement to quality is a no go for me. Won't be spending anymore money at shipleys. There are local shops with actual variety at the same price. Happy donut hunting everyone.

I'm sorry no. You're a donut shop. It should not take me 10 mins to walk in and ask for 2 pre bagged bags of donut holes and 2 glazed donuts. It's 10am on a Saturday and this place is not just dropping the ball. They are throwing it in the trash. I could have bought tacos across the street for the same price of this deep fried bread. This place is over 20 years old and the only reason they are still here is because of the 2 apartments down the street and the high school within walking distance Don't come here. You're worth more.

Came to this location this morning. Besides waiting 10 minutes for someone to wait on me, I was skipped in line. It took 10 minutes for one lady to help with a customer and not once did she say “I’ll be right with you” or anything along those lines. The girls came in and stepped over to the side. I walked in line and proceeded to wait. When it was my time, the second lady came from the back and told the 2 customers BEHIND me to come to the counter. I said I was next in line. The lady said “they were here first” I explained that we walked in at the same time, but they stood to the side of the f
