I tried the Chicken Ball, which is made with chicken boudin and mozzarella cheese, along with the freshly made Crawfish Potato Salad. When I say both were a 10/10, I mean it! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. They’re also working on adding sno cones to the menu, which will be a great addition. They offer daiquiris as well, and I highly recommend the Blueberry Lemonade daiquiri—it tastes exactly like the name suggests and is

BLUE Foodreviewer★Restaurant clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. Every table was dirty. Food took 20 minutes for a small order. They leave all of their food out and not in refrigeration. Over 80 boudin balls just sitting out on dirty kitchen stations with raw ingredients. Okay as for the food… The boudin had no seasoning and tasted like over cooked mush. I would equate the flavor of the boudin to broccoli and rice casserole. I spent about thirty dollars here and they managed to swipe my card before I looked around to notice how dirty everything was.
