My reliable comfort food spot is Brookfield's Restaurant in Roseville. It's always been quick to be seated when I've gone, regardless of the day or time or group size, which is always appreciated! The service has been fast & friendly, without feeling rushed. The coffee is good, better than Starbucks in my opinion. They serve classic comfort food that's consistently quality. Nothing fancy, just solid food done right every time. Great choice for breakfast or lunch with family or friends. Reliable neighborhood spot that delivers!

So I had to update my review. I just went there on Saturday with my grandmother. I ordered the waffle breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon. The bacon was so hard I could hardly eat it and the eggs were cold. My grandmother ordered the egg. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes and a biscuit with gravy. Her eggs were also cold and so was the gravy. It seemed like they had everything pre-made but not kept hot. The order did come out extremely fast so I'm thinking that the only thing they really had to make was the waffle and everything else had just been sitting. This is the first time we we

The service and atmosphere is fantastic, also super close to highway. Yet it is definitely an average level of American brunch given the price, 50$ for two. Fried chicken steak and Benedict ordered.

Service was great. Food was… ok. I dunno, I had a salad and there were multiple lettuce butts in it. That part grosses me out a little for some reason. Maybe the chef didn’t care. Personally I wouldn’t put those in someone’s food if I wouldn’t want to eat it myself
