Why we chose Eureka: My wife got a physical buy one get one burger coupon in the mail and we went ahead and went out there today. How busy / fast was service: The place was busy, but service was slow to be seated and it was about 3 minutes before someone came over to help the person in front of us waiting. About another 4-5 mins before they got to me and my wife to seat. We only noticed one waitress, one waiter while there. Busy for them I'm sure with how packed the room was. Being a blue-collar person who expects good food and good service, I was disappointed. I would say this , if your on a date as a couple or with others, the booths are large and comfortable. The low light atmosphere is nice, but the busier it gets the noisier it is. So arrive before dinner and order a drink and enjoy your company.

A while back this used to be my spot. I would come here for a good burger and some appetizers, but this time I was completely disappointed in the level of cleanliness. First, our waitress Marianna was really nice and I want to acknowledge that. But then she went on break and left us with our waiter, Tayezion, who was extremely busy. I do not understand how they could be so busy when the restaurant was absolutely filthy.
