This location and the staff are the absolute best! The store stays super clean and well put together and is a wonderful place to come chat with friends or sit and read. The staff are all amazing, kind, and caring people. They are always sure to take care of the customers from the tiny ones picking out cake pops to the adults looking for the caffeine to power through their day. It's obvious that it comes from the welcoming store manager leading by example. I continue coming back because it feels like friends welcoming you back every time.

I visit this Starbucks location on I-35 & Texas Ave almost every day, and I usually have a great experience. The staff is typically very friendly, and that’s honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. However, today (Saturday, April 11), the person who handed me my order at the drive-thru was not very pleasant. It was a bit disappointing because I’ve come to expect a warm and welcoming attitude from this location. Please don’t lose that friendliness—it really makes a difference and is what makes this Starbucks special.
