This restaurant had the most amazing tasting eel meat I’ve ever have ( and I don’t even like eel) . It was perfection from start to finish. Nick and Reagan were awesome. This is our second time visiting this restaurant. We tried a whole bunch of American and Australian wagyu, and they were all 'melt-in-your-mouth' delicious. The wagyu beef tartare and spicy beef soup are also pretty good. However, the wagyu bibimbap was a little disappointing this time. On our last visit, the rice was plump, glossy, and distinct with great flavor. This time, the rice was slightly mushy and not as flavorful. Maybe there is a different chef working today.
