This Jack in the box fast food restaurant is on the Colima road in Rowland Heights, opposite a parking lot and next to a Plaza. The traffic here is very convenient, and the parking is also very convenient. Eduardo is very professional and has amazing customer service, works well under pressure. Made my long order perfectly and quickly. He was really organized and even when I made a mistake with my order he fixed it right away. Amazing job!

If the owner wanted to turn customers away, they succeeded. Over the weekend, first they ignored the intercom at the small window next to the main entrance; then the drive-thru wait time was unbearable, blatant time abuse, so I had to cancel the order. The next day, the same thing happened with the intercom. Not getting fooled twice, never minded the drive-thru and canceled on the spot.

I wanted a late night snack so I went to Jack In The Box and got the mini tacos. They were bland and tasted like they were premade and that they were just warmed up. The food came out and fast and the restaurant was quiet. Would come again if I wanted another late night snack!
