Came in today to redeem my birthday reward and had the best experience! I don’t go to Dutch Bros super often, so I was a little nervous about ordering a specific TikTok drink I saw. The worker taking my order was incredibly patient and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. Another staff member was also super sweet—honestly, the sweetest people always work here. I just recently started going to Dutch, and everyone has been nice until my most recent visit. There’s 2 lanes that merge into one in the drive thru, but the broistas are usually good at seeing who is next in line when they are taking orders outside. I’m not sure if this worker saw her friend in the car behind us or what but she acted like she was going to walk up to us, looked over and the other car, got super happy and walked over to them and took their order. I saw that I decided to leave right after. I will no longer be coming to this location. For future reference so another customer does

I got an americano, horchata chia, and a chocolate muffin top. The line was long on thanksgiving morning , but still went by fast. Big shout out to Sawyer, he’s a sweet guy, who always has the best energy even standing in the cold. He knows how to appropriately joke with the customers. He definitely needs a raise if he hasn’t gotten one! This is definitely my favorite Dutch Bros in the area.
