I was having trouble with my bank card and wasn’t able to drive to get lunch today, so I called Jason’s deli in Rowlett to ask if they accepted cash upon delivery. At first, they told me only for catering, then they called back and said they can accept cash for delivery. So, I placed my order with Amanda. I hope I remembered that correctly. Anyway, she was great! She took my order over the phone and was patient, as I had a build your own salad order with lots of toppings. Nice Deli. Very clean. Custmer service was nice. Shockingly large potato if you choose to have one. They are very good. Sandwich was ok. We lucked out and it was not very busy on a Saturday night at 5:30ish. Salad bar looked like it had tons of options. We didnt get it but many people were.

I usually order a CBR potato when I go to Jason’s Deli. I’m always happy with the taste and quality of my food. Unfortunately, my last two trips there have been disappointing. Once my potato was missing the ranch so it was dry. The second time there was barely any chicken, bacon, cheese, or ranch in the potato. I didn’t pay $10+ for a plain potato. I’m not sure who is in the kitchen these days, but whoever it is needs more training.
