YIKES! Talk about an unorganized, rude, and incompetent location. I have been a customer at Smoothie King for years with 0 issues. July 4 - the teen did not know which order was mine I had to recite it for her. Overlooked it as it was a holiday I was just happy to get my smoothie. July 5- I placed an online order but missed closing time as I was told my the person on the phone they closed at 8. July 6- I went in person to do my order and inquire on the previous order, teens were nonchalant and had 0 people skills. I used to come to this location during my lunch break EVERY DAY. The staff was friendly, new my order, and had it ready for me as soon as I walked in. Then, something changed under the new management - orders were late, staff didn't seem to care. I'd put in orders and come in only to find the people working were just hanging out in the backroom and hadn't even seen that the order had come in. LAVERNE HAS TURNED THIS PLACE BACK AROUND.
