With the Kiosks, I cant say much about Friendliness of service as its minimal contact. The food is consistent and fast coming to you and the staff respond in a friendly manner when you say "Thank you" However, as I sit here in the dining area for the past 30 mins, and there are 3 others just for clarity on how slow it is, the floors are not cleaned. The young lady wiping tables is not efficient... she's been doing that since I've been here. She could also not fling the food on the floor from the tables. Main reason I am saying this, I had to wipe my own table to have a semi-clean table to si

I went into Mcdonald before work may 9th for sandwich I order off of the kiosk. I wait almost 5 minutes for a sausage mcmuffin. It should only take less than 3 minutes to make those. I asked for ot and white lady tall ask me did I have Canadian bacon? I say yes. I wait another minute. I have 5o catch my bus and the cashier gave food out to old lady at register who came in after me. I was there first and only had one item. Got a burger with a BITE already taken of it at this location and was given a gift card. Disgusting. The manager was decent about it. Went there again on January 10th or 11th... why I ever went back after having that experience... idk... convenience? But anyways, I had an issue with my order at the window, and a staff member raises her voice at me to go to the back of the line instead of taking my order at the window like any normal business would when something went wrong...
