Review of Wendy’s – 560 N State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach I want to take a moment to recognize a truly outstanding employee named Alicia (I hope I spelled her name correctly). She is a beautiful person inside and out—very helpful, humble, and full of positive energy. Her spirit alone can turn a bad day into a good one. While the service at this Wendy’s is generally just okay and the food is sometimes served cold, Alicia consistently goes above and beyond for me and my mother. She always greets us warmly and never forgets us when we come in. She makes sure our food is fresh and cooked to order

12/2/25 - lunch....Service wise, let me say that they are very nice but they are a little slow. I think it's a lack of personal for the time of day. They also prioritize mobile and pickup orders. Super cute decorations for Christmas! Loved that. Food is consistent with Wendy's brand. No complaints. Happy Holidays Wendy's!

After taking forever on my food, Which wasn’t a big deal, I was still very polite and said thank you so much, have a great night. But then the Woman in the drive-through literally told me you need to move right away. My time is running, get out now. I’m astonished…

Now it’s 2025, Everyone tried To charge extra for sauces in like 2016 and it didn’t work. This is the only location that is so petty that it charges $.55 for an extra sauce cup. I could understand a fee if you want three or four extra. But one extra with a charge is crazy. I would recommend going to the one about five minutes away on crestwood.
