This store is in Downtown Riverside. The dark chocolate ice blended coffee was amazing. My order came out pretty fast. Unfortunately my friend's hot coffee still had coffee grounds in it. Other than that no complaints.

After a long wait at the ABC licensing office, I stopped by for a much-needed coffee and opted for a dirty chai to perk me up. The customer service was excellent, and I didn’t have to wait long for my drink. Both the interior and exterior were clean. Overall it was great!

Disappointing Service and Inaccurate Order I had a very disappointing experience at this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location. While the initial ordering process was fine, the execution was completely off. The Issues: * Negligence: Despite there being three baristas on duty, our drink was forgotten for nearly ten minutes. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with friends who walked in than fulfilling orders. I actually overheard a staff member ask, "Do you still need the coffee?" long after we had paid. * Incorrect Order: We specifically ordered and paid extra for whipped cream and oat milk

The person taking my order was so attentive and kind. The atmosphere is chill. The coffee was delicious. Compared to the service and energy I get in the neighboring county where I live for now I sure to miss the hospitality and community vibe of home. I’ll be back soon. Thx for the great coffee.
