with friends and family! The restaurant is spacious and beautiful, has lots of seating both inside and outside, friendly staff, and a bar. The food is absolutely delicious, so many vegetarian friendly options, the cocktails are refreshing, and you will definitely be satisfied with anything you order! I love getting their dip trio or maydoon bowl. They also have an amazing Persian ice cream for dessert and you have to try it at least once! I would recommend getting a reservation because they get very busy!

The place was so busy that I had to sit at the bar. The meal was so worth it. Really enjoyed the Falafel for appetizer, crispy on outside and soft on inside. The sultani was one kabob of delicious chicken and one kabob of scrumptious beef. The rice was perfect, make sure to ask for butter to put on it. I also had a shirazi salad that could have been a little more tangy but was very good nevertheless. Perfect with a glass of red Barbara. Was so close to mot ordering dessert but it was incredible the saffron ice cream and baklava combo. Came to celebrate zan zandegi azadi!

I had a great experience at Mamdoon Restaurant. The Persian food here is excellent—both the meat and chicken were incredibly tender and full of flavor. You can tell the quality is there. The appetizers really stood out. The hummus and eggplant were both delicious, and the salad was fresh and well-balanced. Service was attentive and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend if you’re in Sacramento.

As an Iranian who knows which Persian food is authentic, I confirm their food is great one. We tried Soltani kabab, and the chicken was awesome. The koobideh was also tasty. We also ordered dugh, a Persian drink that was amazing. In overall, everything was perfect. The staff working there, especially Mehdi were very warm and nice. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for eating a great Persian food.
