First we were missing a chicken little (ordered two) came back and they instantly knew they forgot it and brushed that off. But Then came home and hardly any gravy on the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Left is their famous bowl, Right is the newer Mac bowl: is it normal for the Mac bowl to give you significantly less food than the famous bowl? I called them, couldn't get through, Left a message and I'll update what happened next: they never called me back, so they don't seem to care... LOL, no big surprise there !!!

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! For a place that has barely any customers idk how you can't perfect the one thing you're supposed to be good at. The chicken was disgusting, old and greasy. The mashed potatoes aren't even mixed 😂. How do you not have time to mix the potatoes.

Food was typical KFC. What you would expect to get at any of the KFC locations. Felt the skin on the Thighs was a bit tough and not editable. Reason for 2 stars - parking lot is horrible!! I’m not even exaggerating. You literally have to dodge holes and some you can’t with drive thru service! It’s honestly unacceptable. This needs to be Immediately addressed.
