This particular McDonald's location has repeatedly provided a truly frustrating experience, marked by poor food quality and a disruptive atmosphere. My most recent order included four McChickens, and I am honestly disgusted at the quality output. Not a single McChicken was saved from the old, wilted lettuce. The lack of care in preparing the food is obvious, and it clearly reflects the overall level of service. As for delivery, I have a consistent issue: whoever is packing my order always forgets something. I'm starting to think they are not reading the full receipt or customization tickets,

Just went through the drive through. Because I was not acknowledged/greeted at the pick up window I did pull too far forward. Sent my husband in with receipt to get our order. Took them over 5min to realize I was not at the window. In this time they never noticed my husband who had called out. It took him stepping past the counter for them to interact with him. And despite the receipt me and my daughter never got our drinks.

For a fast food place, it’s not fast, like at all, and prices keep increasing. So ultimately what’s the point of coming here? Mobile ordering is always a nightmare as my order somehow goes missing. Customer service is very rude when they mess up and I have to go into the establishment myself. 2 stars because EVENTUALLY you’ll get your overpriced food. Congrats.

This McDonalds had their hours being listed as being open until 12AM on the day I went. I placed my order through the app and selected drive thru around 10:30ish. When we got there we proceeded through the line until we came to the second window. I was handed my drinks which were not even completely full. Then I was told to proceed to the next window to wait. We sat and waited for around 20 minutes and then I saw the person behind me get their food. I waited another 10 minutes thinking maybe they needed to wait on something else.
