Liberty Cafe in St. George, Utah absolutely deserves recognition. The first thing that really moved me was the Missing Man Table honoring all the soldiers who never made it back home. It’s a powerful, emotional tribute, and it shows how much respect this place has for our heroes. On top of that, the food and service are amazing. I had the Smoking Cuban and it was absolutely delicious. The French fries are cut fresh and you can really taste the difference, and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the whole experience made me feel truly welcome. I highly recommen

On our way back to Idaho from Vegas. Did a quick search for breakfast and found Liberty Cafe'. What a lucky find!! The food was fantastic! I had the cinnamon toast french toast...SO yummy, hubby had the Biscuit Omelet which he described as "an explosion of flavor". The food came out very fast. The atmosphere is wonderful paying homage to our men and women serving our great country, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the VERY nice people (customers) we met during our visit. I highly recommend this place!! We'll definitely stop again next time driving through St Georg

We visited this patriotic cafe on a Saturday while it was pretty packed. The service was great, the food was good, and the atmosphere was awesome! We ordered a salad, a burger, some hash, and onion rings. I love it when restaurants offer more than the tired salads we've seen since the 90's. This one offered fresh grapes and julienned apples with a nice vinegrette that didn't overpower the greens or fruits. The Hash and onion rings were also a table favorite. If you go I highly recommend the salad or hash. We're excited to visit again!

Liberty Cafe was such a memorable part of our trip and easily one of our favorite stops. We were visiting from Florida, and this place made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. We went on a Thursday morning right after they opened for breakfast, and they let us know they were also serving lunch that early—which ended up being perfect for us since we had rented a side-by-side for the day and our lunch plans had fallen through the night before.
